Programme

Please register to each individual session you would like to attend by clicking on the session and “Signup”. If you have problems, please follow this guide or contact us on openscience2018@uni.lu

Your personal data (provided in ‘Signup’) will be used for the sole purpose of registration to a session and is processed in accordance with the GDPR (see University of Luxembourg Data Protection Policy).

The Luxembourg Open Science Forum is a three-day event of seminars, debates and workshops around the various ways of making research more visible, transparent, efficient and reproducible.

The event will be flexible and relatively informal. Tailor your experience by attending only a few workshops, or plan your three-day roadmap amidst various parallel sessions. It is all up to your personal needs and time.

People from any of the research institutions within and around Luxembourg are welcome to attend. Whether you are an early-career or an established researcher, a librarian, research support staff or research facilitator, and whatever your field of research, you will all find something that suits your needs.

Open Science is the practice of science in such a way that others can collaborate and contribute, where research data, lab notes and other research processes are freely available, under terms that enable reuse, redistribution and reproduction of the research and its underlying data and methods.
